No New Posts The Catacombs

Below the shining palace of good and light, there is a dark, wet place known as the Catacombs. The Lands of Farr are nearly perfect, but there is alwas some sort of evil, and since the Elven family refuses to kill their prisoners, they simply toss them into the catacombs and leave them to their fate.
There are many dark, endless tunnels that lead to only God knows where. There is an opening from the throne room on the first story, and they just toss the prisoners down. Nobody has ever gotten out of the catacombs, and if they have, they never spoke of the experience. Nobody knows where the tunnels lead to, or if there is even an exit for sure. There are dark creatures down there, and many bats. There is water so you wouldn't go thirsty, and glow worms stick to the ceiling, which provides the lighting.
If you get out, you deserve to live though.

No New Posts First Story

This is the story open for public access during certain hours of the day. It is probably the busiest story as well.
The southern side is where the main entrance is. The elven guards stand watch, and take the complaints of citizens here.
The Northern side is where the ballroom is, where festivies are held and whatnot. It is not completely large, but a decent size.
The Eastern side is where the throne room is. The King and Queen hold court there almost every day, and meet with their citizens. Other days, they simply sit there for quiet and relaxation.
The West side is where the archives are, a grand library with book on every subject, from Alchemy, to Zombies.

No New Posts Second Story

The second story is where the Guard's Quarters are. The Guard of the palace all reside here, and it is complete with its own kitchen and dining hall, though dinner is eaten on the third story with the rest of the Palace's residents. There are many rooms, and many of the guards share rooms since there are so many of them.
There is also a large, open area which is furnished with comfortable couches and desks for the guards to simply relax.

No New Posts Third Story

This story is used primarily for eating functions. The chefs have their very own quarters on the western side of the floor, and on the Eastern side there is a grand kitchen that envelopes most of the story. In the center there is a large dining room where feasts are held for multiple occasions. At supper time, unless there is an important meeting or feast partaking, the entire palace dines together, help, royalty, guard, everybody.

No New Posts Fourth Story

This floor is a variety of different things. It is where ancient relics of the Elven ancestors are kept, much like a museum, though not open to the public. This floor is actually only open to the Royal family, of course, and personal assistants, and the people who are known as the Keepers of the Fourth Floor.
There is a fountain up on the Fourth floor, surrounded by many flowers of all different colors and shades. Its said to be the most colorful room inside the palace. Its much like a greenhouse.
Then there are various other rooms used for different things, sometimes to hold meetings, to privately speak, to relax... etc.

No New Posts Fifth Story

This floor is, dangerous. There isn't any mortal danger, its just... accidents happen. This floor is the training grounds. here are archery stations, places to cast magic spells, and a sword fighting arena. The guards use this the most, sometime the royal family joins them. Otherwise, not many other people use it. The Palace Wizards use it to practice enchantments though.

No New Posts Sixth Story

Tthe entire 6th story is the Royal Quarters. All of the Royal Family resides in these quarters. They live elegantly, but not over the top. Their possesions are necessary, simple, but of fine quality. There are many more rooms than needed for their small family, so their most personal maids liveson the 6th story with them. Most are not allowed in here, only the royal family themselves, and the others who dwell with them.
It is a long white hallway, with silvery doors aligned on each side, leading into large rooms that are nicely furnished. Everything inside is white or silver.

No New Posts Seventh Story

This story is forbidden to every living soul except those of the Royal Family. It is said that in order to get to this floor through the teleportation pad, you must not only know the spell, but have the royal family's blood within you.
There is said to be a sacred power hidden in the tower, only usable by the Royal Family. Not many know of this rumor, and they try to keep quiet about it, for if it reaced the wrong ears, havoc would arrive.

No New Posts Imperial Skyway

Why it is called the Imperial Skyway, nobody really knows... thats just how it has always been referred to since the first royal family.
This is a long strip of marble stone above the palace which leads all over its scrapes and spires. There are large stairways that follow up to the higher areas, and other which are more hidden. There is a secret weapons cache somewhere incase of an attack. Elven archers stand guard up here at all times, watching intently for any sign of attack.
The view from this area of the temple is simply marvelous. You'll never see anything like it. From here, you can see practically all of Jaylin, from the snow-peaked mountains of the North, to the Endless Southern Ocean.

Board Description
Ancient Palace
Here is where the Elven King and Queen of Farr reside. The palace is made of marble, sleek and shining. The palace is created elegantly, not really long or wide, but very tall. Its incredible spires can be seen from nearly anywhere throughout Jaylin. There are beds of white roses all along the bottom of the Palace, fields of them in fact. Just being in such a place could raise your spirits.
Tall silvery gates surroun the palace, they are barred gates, so you can see into the Palace Grounds through them. Many sit around the gates and near the fountains of water that run around it, simply admiring the beauty of the architecture.
There are no stairs in this palace, only a magically enchanted teleportation pad. There is are eight spells for this teleportation pad, one for each story of the palace and the skyway. Not everyknows every spell, for some locations, such as the Seventh Story, are forbidden to all.
